Get to know Courtney . . .

Courtney is employed at Signature Skilled Nursing Facility of Glasgow. She received a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders and Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Murray State University with a Full Academic Scholarship, Graduating Summa Cum Laude.  Courtney loves going to Kentucky Lake, traveling, painting, modeling, and spending time with family and friends.

Courtney plans to attend Northwestern University and obtain a Clinical Doctorate in Speech Language Pathology.  She has traveled to several states modeling for dress designer, Amarra.  She gives back by leading stroke support groups; partnering with Kentucky's opioid initiative; advocating for speech, language, and hearing services in low socioeconomic communities; and advocating for healthcare access for geriatrics. She would most like to meet Bailey Mae Anderson because she feels she is the epitome of class, grace, and determination.

While Courtney's professional goals are being a speech-language pathologist, specifically for stroke rehabilitation patients, she also enjoys being a traveling makeup artist.  Within the pageant world, Courtney has competed in the Kentucky County Fair System where she has attended the state pageant for 11 consecutive years. Over the years, she placed among the Top 15 as well as Top 5. She also has experience within the Miss America System where Courtney competed several years for the title of Miss Kentucky's Outstanding Teen.
